At Ironway, our watches are made to endure demanding conditions — because we understand our customers need equipment they can trust. Every Ironway timepiece is protected by our 2-Year International Warranty.

What Is Covered

Your Ironway watch is protected for 2 years (24 months) from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects affecting:

  • Movement
  • Hands
  • Dial
  • Crown and pushers
  • Day-Date functionality

If your watch develops any of these issues during the warranty period, we will repair it or replace it — at no cost.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not include:

  • Regular wear and tear (such as scratches on the case, crystal, or strap)
  • Battery replacement
  • Water damage caused by misuse or not securing the crown
  • Accidental damage or misuse (drops, impacts, exposure to chemicals)
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

If your watch has been handled or serviced by a third party not approved by Ironway, the warranty becomes void.

How To Submit A Warranty Claim

Email our support team at ironwaywatch@gmail.com and include:

  • Proof of purchase with your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

We will respond within 48 hours with the next steps. If a repair is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and take care of the rest.
